I know it has been a while since we have written on the blog, so much has happened in our small family in the past years and I think it's finally time I try to get the hang of this whole "blogging" thing. So let's give it a try...
Last year was a big year for our little family. On November 1, at 11:07 am, weighing 6.8 lbs, and 18 inches long, we welcomed our first child, Lilly Ann Watkins, into this world. It has been so amazing becoming parents! I didn't know I could love someone so much. Lets face it, being a mom is the coolest thing EVER!
Lilly is very spunky! She loves to be silly and make people laugh. Her favorite things include: jewelry, credit cards, whipped cream, dancing, and snuggling (the first two make me nervous). We are in love with this little girl, and are so grateful that she has joined our family.

Kaylie's Birthday
So I know its pretty late now but I thought I would update our blog to show some things that we have done up until this point and time. The First one being Kaylie's birthday way back in May. For her birthday I took her golfing for her very first time. I was quite surprised at how good she is at it. I also took her to her favorite restaurant Red Lobster so she could have fish, and got her an ice cream cake. It was a pretty fun day at least I think it was for her. Here are some pictures from it.

Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree!!!!
Christmas is coming and here in our little apartment we're getting quite excited!
Cameron: "Do you remember those days of old? When all you could think of was the excitement of Santa coming? Images racing through your mind on that wonderful Christmas morning, doing all you could do to make sure you were on the nice list! All the warm Christmas cheer with joyful music, wonderful Holiday treats, and many other things is what Christmas so great as a child. In our cosy apartment we have brought back these joyful feelings. Though we may not have alot to spend, or give, we have used our memories of past to make decorations from scratch for our little tree. Thus bringing back the simplicity of a child's Christmas. And yes, I'm still making sure I'm a good little boy so that Santa can come and spread Christmas cheer. So as I depart you with this thought, I would like to say Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!"
Okay, I don't really know what he's talking about but he felt it was important to share that will all of you... Anyway, this year we had some fun decorating our tree and making our own Christmas ornaments. We originally wanted to make more ornaments but when we finally ran out of ideas for pipe cleaner ornaments, we gave in and got some other ornaments. But Cameron really wanted to show what few ornaments we did make and our cute little tree :). Also, If you look in the back left corner, you can see the humble Christmas Countdown chain Cameron made.

And my favorite, Cam's Elf!!!!!!!!
Well now you have seen our "amazing" ornaments. As funny as they may be, we had a wonderful time making them. This will most likely be a tradition we carry on through the years. Hopefully, as time goes on we will get better and more creative at making them.
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!

So Cameron has issues with facebook. He feels like it's a waste of time and doesn't know why he has an account. Needless to say he's been anxious to get rid of his facebook for a while now but wasn't quite sure how to do it. Finally, he found out how to disable his account and was excited to get rid of it. But before he was able to end the process, a page came up with a picture of our wedding saying, "Kaylie will miss you". He told me later he couldn't get rid of his facebook anymore because he felt so bad that I would miss him :).
"They are dirtballs. How low of them to use our wedding pictures. Oh these people are good at controlling our lives. So beware of the facebook monsters they will control your life. I am only keeping it so that people know I'm married to Kaylie."

Beaver Dick River Jump
Well on Monday I was bored hanging out with some friends, and I turned to my roomate Kevin with one of my brilliant ideas to go to the Beaver Dick Park and jump into the snake river. So we got our two roomates Marchall and Andy and went skinny dipping. It was so much fun that we decided to go again the next night but we brought some more friends. Shauna ,Kaylie,Kevin, Sam, and I all huddling around. The water was nice and chilly, but it was also enjoyable
Kevin and I after we were the first ones to jump in. We made an arrow shape with his chest hair right before!
Me, Breanne, and Sierra making the last jump of the night. The water got progressively warmer the more you jumped in.
Kevin, Me, Brady, and Andy the roomates all having a blast together. Ryan and Marshall weren't here this night.
Sierra and Breanne jumping
Andy, Brady, Me, Sierra, and Breanne all waiting to jump in, it was cold before we got in the water, then it wasn't as bad.
BRRRRRR. Sierra and Breanne trying to warm up.
Shaunna, Kaylie, and Sam all jumping in
Kevin was doing a sweet backflip into the river.
Kaylie tried to escape after she pushed Shaunna into the river. But Kevin and I stopped her, and Shaunna through her in. Well we had a blast. I want to keep going it was so much fun! So if ever you need a fun time give me a call and Ill try to think of something crazy fun for you to do also.

Well I thought everyone should know the truth about my cardboard room. Joye made it sound likke it was all fun and games. Really I was thrown out of my room into the cold abiss of the basement, and this is all I had to protect myself from the cold. Im just kidding, Im just glad they didnt take it down. I loved to finally have the chance of building the ultimate hut, my cardboard room, and being able to sleep in. Best was the reaction people gave me when I told them that I really lived in a cardboard room. Alas I had to say farewell my to my wonderful room to go to college.
